"As a full-time studio musician I have found that the Redeemer has given me the advantage of extra clarity and note separation with all types of guitar/amp combinations, regardless of gain settings.

As a bonus, in live situations, you’re able to turn down your guitar volume to clean up the amp sound without losing treble as is the norm. This feature is very noticeable and a great improvement, not to mention improved clarity when using a pedal board. I also like the super long battery life. My guess is that once you’ve tried the Redeemer you won’t want to play without it, given a choice."

"How do you use words to really explain how something feels or sounds to somebody? You can try, but until someone experiences it for themselves, they can’t really say that they know the qualities or characteristics of something. All you can do is try…

THE REDEEMER is an anomaly. It doesn’t boost treble, and yet the clarity and crystalline quality of the sound is immediately apparent. It doesn’t boost level, and yet instantly the full frequency of the guitar comes roaring through. It doesn’t color or choke the sound, it sets it free. It doesn’t physically do anything to the guitar, and yet somehow it becomes easier to play…

After getting my first REDEEMER installed, suddenly my other guitars without REDEEMERS became drastically inferior and playing them became a chore. So I had to get one in every guitar, and “REDEEM” them as well. The wide open quality of my sound has been like a renaissance to my playing. It’s hard to believe that something so small and simple has made such a giant improvement in my tone, feel, and sound quality…… but it does.

The fog that’s been covering the sound of the electric guitar since the day it was invented has finally been lifted!!!!!"

"The MK.4.23 BOOST is hands-down the cleanest and purest signal booster on the planet. I’ve been longing for someone to get this thing right and these guys have definitely done it. It’s incredible!"

"WOW Talk about the one two punch. The redeemer and the MK.4.23 is the combo I use on every gig or session. From nite clubs to studios, everyone wants to know how I get my rig to sound like that. I love the sustain along with that big sound my MK gives any amp I play through. It’s totally quiet, the volume knob is solid and smooth, and can you say LOUD? It’s a real blessing when using rental gear on the road It’s built like a tank and looks so cool. I’ve just started cutting tracks with my new band “THE MIXX” and it sounds incredible Thanks guys."

"If anyone has ears to hear, let them hear the MK.4.23 boost pedal by Creation Audio Labs. I am a fingerstyle jazz guitarist in Nashville and I use a phrase sampler when I'm playing live for looping jazz changes. Whenever I create a loop and play it back, I have to boost my live signal to solo over the changes. Every pedal I've used to achieve this changes the sound of my guitar (I hate that!), EXCEPT this one, the MK.4.23 - It doesn't jack with my sound at all! It does exactly what I want it to do. I CAN HEAR!! THANKS GUYS!

"For tonal clarity from clean to overdrive, the Redeemer is hands down the best electronic device I have ever placed in a guitar signal chain. Finally, my guitars sound like they always could have. Installation was easy and only took 20 minutes. The Redeemer definitely completes my guitar rig. I can't play without it, and more than anything else it makes me wanna play."
David Simmons - Acousticon Dave Simmons- Acousticon
"Man, I love my Redeemer! I installed one in my Takamine acoustic bass and never looked back. I finger pick a lot of chords and the clarity and loss of unwanted over tones is amazing. My bass feels smoother, more even and has a much purer tone. The best way I can describe the sound of the Redeemer is the difference between a mastered mix and an unmasterered mix. Every guitar and bass should be Redeemed!"
Brad Sayre - Acousticon Brad Sayre - Acousticon
"It's amazing how the sound of your guitars directly effects the way the guitar feels in your hands. When I first heard about the Redeemer I was curious, but thought I would have to have it installed just to try it. As luck would have it, I was able to try out a self contained version of the Redeemer our guitar tech was showing off. Every guitar I plugged into it instantly sounded and felt better. Even my concert classical guitar seemed easier to play and less of a struggle. With the Redeemer, I feel like I have a secret weapon hidden in my guitars."

"The Creation Audio labs Mark 4.23 Boost is absolutely killer!!! The amount of clean headroom that this pedal provides is unparalleled, and it's sound is impeccable!!! I still can't believe how huge this thing sounds while retaining total transparency. And there's no noise!!! Amazing.... This pedal has become an indispensable piece of gear in my rig, and I look forward to crushing the front end of my amps with this thing for a long time! Thank you Danny!!!"

"There has been no pedal or amp that has changed my tone for the better like the Redeemer has. Not only do you hear it, you feel it "
Lou Rodrigez - Neal McCoy "True, clean guitar tone at any volume."
Jimmy Knouse - Lane Turner, Grand Ole Opry

"FIRST OFF: Thank You! The 1st night out with the Redeemer was a tell all event for me. The touch sensitivity factor alone immediately improved my life as a "soul to touch to tone" sort of player. The separation of notes in multi-string bends within chords brought greater options to improv soloing and I have to say I'm without words to describe how these factors alone opened my mind for soulful and not calculated playing. I won't say the guitar now plays itself but, wow!. Now no others are playable because the expression of my other instruments is completely inferior. I especially found great clarity in my "rated R guitar" tones as put by the artist I play for.

There is so much to say with so few words of sufficient amplitude. I have only done one session since the install of the Redeemer, and at the advice of my good buddy, Mike Claiborne, I first tried plugging straight into my pedal board and directly into the console. All I can say is my Deluxe and my Lonestar never came out and this is going to be a great month for sessions.

Wow... approaching finger to string ecstasy and tonal utopia at last! I'm very excited to hear what's next from the brilliant fellows at Creation Audio Labs."

Having quite the assortment of high end effects, including a signal boost, I was not prepared to be so impressed with the MK.4.23 when Mike from Creation Audio Labs brought it to a gig for me to try out.

It was truly amazing how it gave my mid priced tube amp much of the same charactor as the very expensive <**^#$$$$ I was considering buying that week. Sparing tech language that few of us understand all I can say is I got rid of my "..." boost, now carry only 1 additional overdrive on my board and don't have to spend $1,700.00 for a better amp. My tone is better than ever and I have to say that this major improvement is the result of adding the clean boost to the end of my rig. Many many thanks to Creation Audio Labs for taking my tone to a higher level and such an inspiring playing field.

Kenny Marks - CCM Recording Artist

"When you've played a guitar, any guitar, a long time, you KNOW how it SOUNDS.
When you play a guitar, any guitar, and use 'The Redeemer' in your signal path, you KNOW how it SHOULD SOUND.

The Redeemer un-loads the signal path and frees the total potential sound spectrum of the instrument while bringing new life to the immediacy of pick attack and perceptible improvement on every string. My Fender Telecaster's sound improved by a measurable 35% and my hand-made, impeccable, Langejans acoustic enjoyed increased clarity & sustain."

Drago Smokrovic - Plava Trava Zaborava

"Fantastic, I can't believe it! My bass is born again in a much better way. Better balance between strings, great attack, deeper sound and harmonics are incredible.

With the Redeemer my bass sounds better now direct to the line-in of my Soundcraft mixer than without it on the instrument input of an Avalon 737. I think people have to try the Redeemer and they will forget about buying all those expensive pre-amps to get a really clean, dynamic and transparent sound. We tried it on a Stratocaster guitar and my friends said this is the right thing.

Once you try it you want it. You can't make this sound with any EQ. This is simply the natural sound of your pick ups without any loss of tone.

I can recommend the Redeemer circuit to thousands of musicians who have computers with sound cards and who record guitars directly to computers. This is the real thing. Thank you, Creation Audio Labs"

  Walt Copeland - Steel Guitarist
"I have been using the Redeemer now for a week and I find quite a difference in my sound. I play a Carter Steel Guitar and notice much better presence and more clarity on the lower notes - especially in chords - actually more definition of the individual notes.
  Jarrod Glasby - Crimson Fall
"The Redeemer brought out the best in my guitars, every note is crystal clear!"
  Danley Gibson - Crimson Fall
"The Redeemer fixed my problems with tone loss going through my pedal chain, i will NEVER play without it again."

I would like to comment on your MK.4.23 BOOST Pedal.

I have been struggling through recording sessions trying to get a good clean signal that has enough strength to reach the computer from my chain of amp to mixer to computer...

I play acoustic / electric guitar and the sound becomes distorted when I try to boost it too much.

Adding the MK.4.23 into the chain between the amp and the mixer has made all the difference in the world!

Your pedal rocks man. I am currently recording my second CD and the guitar tracks are so much cleaner and crisper using the MK.4.23, I am contemplating a re-record of my first CD!

Thanks for inventing this unique and versatile pedal. It makes recording fun and takes the challenge out of getting a true sound.

"When I talked to the guys at Creation Audio, I wasn't sure if this was the right product for me. So I met with them, heard what they had to say and listened to the demo. I must say that I was diggn' what I heard, but it didn't hit me until I heard my bass. That's when I realized what this really did for my bass. Trust me....You want this product!"
Bob Angelo – Tom T. Hall, Suzy Boggus, Chet Atkins, Jo Dee Messina, Steve Wariner, Pam Tillis. "The Redeemer has made the tone of my 1968 Emmons D-10, the mother of inherently great sounding pedal steel guitars, sound more up-front, in your face, honest and musical! I can honestly say that the REDEEMER has impressed my repeat clients to the extent that they have asked in a positive way about my change in tone with which they had become so familiar. I have nothing but great things to say about the REDEEMER!"

"The MK 4:23 is a MONSTER! I would never want to play live without it again! When I step on it to solo, it pushes the front-end of my amp so I get just a touch of grit without having to crank my amp. Simply stated, it's your tone, wearing steel-toed boots!"

Here are a few of the ways people have described the difference they have found using the Redeemer:

"It's like going from three month old strings to brand new strings."

"It sounds like a mastered guitar track in the studio compared to a raw recorded track."

"The harmonics and leading edge jump out at you when playing with the Redeemer. When I play a guitar without one installed, the guitar feels sluggish and it feels like I am trying to push the sound out of the amp."

Testimonials:

I received the Preamp (MK.4.23) and got a good chance to use it this weekend. What a great device! The packaging is terrific, sturdy and cool looking; definitely worthy of the boutique, ultra-high quality unit that it is.

I used it mostly for the Strat, to bring it up to match gain with the Hamer humbuckers. But in doing so, I discovered a whole new dimension to what is already a stellar guitar. The Strat definitely gained body and depth and breadth. The clean sounds were improved and the new range of overdrive tones I found to be killer.

Anyway, this "bottled magic" is definitely in my rig!

Hello Guys,

I just needed to say something. The Redeemer exceeded all my expectations. I have been playing for 10 years and teaching for 2 years. I have been trying to get my electric sound "just right" for 8 of those years. I've been messing around with so many electronic details its not even funny.

What's really not funny is where were you guys back when I started? This Redeemer is a serious product, truly is ABSOLUTELY valuable to the "Electric" Guitar.

My ultimate electric guitar is one that responds and projects like a well made acoustic guitar. Well now that's done thanks to you. The detail is amazing.......It really is something you have to experience yourself. Any other electric guitar sounds slow, responds slower, and plays lethargically. And keep in mind even against expert set up, pro grade guitars, with the best Boutique Pickups... is not going to cut it against the redeemer.

This thing Is Never Coming Out, and If you guys stop doing your thing, or my Redeemer breaks (God forbid).. I'm taking up the kazoo.

Hope to see more products.

You Guys ALL have the Best Of Luck,

-Alexander Schlessingerman

Here are a few of the ways people have described their experience with the MK.4.23...

"It’s 8am right now, I came out into the studio at 6am, and have been playing the MK.4.23 you sent up since then!

I plugged it into my ’61 ES-335 dot neck and an old Ampeg Gemini II, with new caps and all tube arrangement is original, and has a Weber 12” speaker in it. To get the nice smooth distortion via the ampeg cranked to 9-10 with the treble circuit (standard in them). The bass control on the amp is rolled off to “0”, using the back pickup and the tone rolled off to “0”. Kinda like Jeff Beck does, with a twist. At this setting I get a great smooth amp drive, and bringing up the guitar’s tone control to “2 or 3” then we start toward Albert King sound. Now, I turned the amp to “0”, and then plugged in your box (using a 9v battery as supply), turned the volume on the amp @10am, and slowly started to bring up the drive knob on your MK.4.23….. I’m almost to the sound of the amp that starts singing. I ended up at 12 o’clock on the volume of the amp, with the drive at various past 1 o’clock. Now, the amp takes a leap into what I’ve been looking for the harmonic “after note” sustain I have not heard for years (since 1971 when I plugged this guitar into some amp a guy had in Missouri I used at a gig and did not note what it was). The after sustain/ringing harmonics were where and whenever I wanted them to happen.

This is a monster and the hands down most useful, musical gain box I’ve ever used in 35 years of playing, period. The tone and clarity and lack of added noise is stunning. In my words, and rarely used words: This is Stellar Bossman. Players will not believe what they have been missing. In the right player this will be unreal." - Jim Kenniff - K Sound Studios
