Greg is a prominent music educator, a clinician, a songwriter, and a seasoned guitar tech. Greg began instructing musicians in 1988 at the age of 13 and has been steadily increasing his workload ever since. A large number of Greg’s students have also become professional instructors. Making him a teacher of teachers. Greg is also a self-proclaimed: master of spontaneous “dad jokes” and can deliver them with deadpan perfection!

Greg plays fretted and fretless bass, electric and acoustic guitar, ukulele, drums, and vocals. Greg has helped thousands of private students step into a life of music since his first student in 1988. In 1994, he was one of ten finalists worldwide in Bass Player Magazine’s Billy Sheehan scholarship contest; that same year he became a key volunteer staff member at the annual Bozeman Bass Bash.
