Satisfaction Guarantee Policy

Creation Audio Labs offers the purchaser a Satisfaction Guarantee period of 7 days after delivery. During this period, you may return the product for a refund of the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee policy is:

• Creation Audio Labs must be contacted at (615) 884-7520 or generalinfo@creationaudiolabs.com to obtain a Return Authorization.
• The product must be in new condition and should be returned with original packaging.
  
• Product should be properly packaged to avoid shipping damages.
  
• The purchaser pays return shipping. The item must be shipped within 7 days of the RA issue date.
  
• Refunds will be issued by the original payment method.

This policy applies to direct sales only. Products purchased from a dealer/distributor are subject to the dealer's policies.
